The standard turnaround time is up to 2 weeks after payment.

If you have a specific deadline, please mention it in your commission request before ordering.

add-ons

Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the commission.

Additional Character: +100%

Detailed Background: +50%

Complex Character Details: +100%

Add-on prices are calculated from the base commission price unless stated otherwise.

If you're unsure whether your request requires an add-on, ask me before ordering.

revisions & changes

Free revisions are included during the sketch stage.

Once the sketch has been approved and rendering has started, major changes to the character, pose or composition may require an additional fee.

Minor corrections that are necessary due to my own mistakes will not be charged.

Changes requested because you changed your mind after approving the sketch may require an additional payment.

payment & refunds

Payment is made after sketch approval and before rendering begins.

I currently accept payments through:

• LavaTop

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Please make sure you are happy with the sketch and that all important changes have been requested before making your payment.

If I am unable to complete your commission for a reason on my side, I will contact you and discuss an appropriate solution.

artist rights

I retain the copyright to the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.

I may use completed commissions for:

• my portfolio;
• social media;
• commission examples;
• promotional materials;
• prints and other forms of self-promotion.

Remain your commission private: +100%

commercial use

Commission prices include personal use only.

Commercial use means using the artwork to directly promote, sell or create products, services or paid content. This includes merchandise, advertising, business branding, promotional materials, and artwork for commercial books, games or albums.

Posting your commission on your personal social media is allowed and does not require a commercial-use fee.

Commercial use: ×2 the total commission price.

When posting your commission online, crediting me as the artist is appreciated.
